Dear Jack James Parents, Guardians and School Community,

It is with mixed emotions that I announce that Ms. Marla Paxton will be moving on from Jack James High School as she has been appointed as the NEW Principal at Erin Woods School effective February 9, 2026.  Ms. Paxton joined us in October of 2024 and has been a valuable member of our administration team ever since. Her over 20 years of experience in education served the Jack James community very well. Ms. Paxton built many strong relationships with students and staff. Her caring way will definitely be missed.

Although we are sad we are also very happy for Ms. Paxton, please join me in congratulating Ms. Paxton on her first principalship to Erin Woods School. Congratulations Ms. Paxton you will be missed, but you will always be a Jaguar. Take Good Care.
